At AriKenda, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if your item arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, do not open the package. Instead, return it to the sender’s address and inform us by contacting support@arikenda.com with your purchase details and explain briefly the situation.
- Unsatisfactory Products: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 20 Days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, please contact us within 20 Days of delivery so we can correct the issue.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Final Sale or Clearance Items (marked as non-returnable at checkout).
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items (unless defective).
- Hygiene & Personal Care Products (for health and safety reasons).
- Gift Cards & Digital Products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Submit a Ticket: Open a return request at www.example.com within 20 Days of receiving your order.
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions, including a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Package the Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- Ship It Back: Return the item using the provided instructions. The return package must be postmarked within 20 Days after approval.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Approved Refunds: If your return meets our eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a condition different from how it was received, we may issue a partial refund or deny the request.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to a mistake on our end (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 to 10 business days, please:

- Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
- Contact your bank (there may be a processing delay).
