AriKenda Cancellation Policy

At AriKenda, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following policy.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 Hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item following our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us immediately at www.example.com or email support@arikenda.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for Confirmation: If your order has not yet been processed, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a refund.
  3. If Already Processed: If your order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved Before Shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 Business days.
  • If your order has already shipped, you must return the item to receive a refund (minus shipping fees).

4. Subscription & Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Subscriptions: If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-orders can be canceled before release or shipment. Once shipped, they are subject to our return policy.

5. Modifications to Orders

We do not allow modifications (changing sizes, colors, or adding/removing items) once an order has been placed. If changes are needed, please cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
